A brilliant evening of sunshine and sportsmanship welcomed competitors to the latest edition of the IOMVAC Vets Mile, where veteran athletes of all paces tested themselves over the classic one-mile distance. With a mix of seasoned runners and new faces, the event proved once again to be a fantastic celebration of community and fitness.
Top Performers:
🥇 Paul Jennings (#535) stormed to victory with an impressive time of 5:00.1, setting the pace for the rest of the field.
🥈 Paul Rodgers (#534) followed closely, finishing in 5:01.7.
🥉 Christa Cain
(#533) rounded out the top three with a time of 5:05.4, showing strong
form and determination.

Christa also took home the IOMVAC Vets Mile Perpetual Trophy being
the winning IOMVAC club member
